I once lived in the South East of England, constantly stressed and counting down to the weekends just to escape the pressure of everyday life.

​

Behind a smile, I was struggling with panic attacks, emotional eating, and a deep sense of being trapped in a cycle I didn’t understand. I knew the life I was living didn’t feel aligned with who I truly was or what I wanted for myself.

​

From a young age, I felt a strong pull towards Cornwall. In 2016, I followed that inner knowing — quitting my job, selling my flat, and moving 300 miles to begin again.

​

I hoped the move would bring the peace I was searching for: a slower life, meaningful connection, perhaps meeting my life partner, building a home, and starting a family. While Cornwall’s gentle pace did ease some of the external stress, I soon realised that my inner patterns had come with me. Old habits and self-sabotaging behaviours resurfaced, and once again I felt stuck.

​

At the time, I didn’t understand why I reacted the way I did. I felt broken and beyond help — until I reached a turning point. I could either accept life as it was, or take responsibility for changing it.

I chose to change.

​

That decision began my healing journey. Through seeking support and learning to understand my nervous system, emotions, and subconscious patterns, I slowly began to experience more calm, clarity, and self-trust.

Life still brings challenges — because life will always be life — but now I have the tools to meet them differently.

​

A quote I once read stays with me “one day your story will be someone else’s survival guide.”  That belief is at the heart of my work. Having walked this path myself, I now support others in releasing stress, anxiety, subconscious blocks, and overwhelm — so they can feel more balanced, grounded, and aligned in their own lives.

Healing the Mind, Body & Soul for a Balanced, Aligned Life


Taking care of our wellbeing is essential for living a happy, aligned life — yet sometimes past experiences can make this feel out of reach.

​

From birth to around age seven, our experiences shape how we see the world. These early lessons form mental programs and belief systems that influence our thoughts, behaviours, and coping strategies. While these patterns once kept us safe as children, they can become limiting in adulthood, leading to self-sabotage, overwhelm, or difficulty prioritising our wellbeing.

​

I’ve experienced this personally. There was a time when I hit rock bottom and believed happiness wasn’t meant for me. Today, I live with balance, self-love, and a deep appreciation for the life I’ve built — and I use my experiences to guide others toward the same.

​

It’s now widely recognised that our bodies hold memories of past trauma or stress, which can affect both physical and mental health, as well as our stress response. This is why true healing involves addressing both the mind and body, helping you thrive in all areas of life.

 

Life will always have its ups and downs — we cannot control everything. In my work with clients, I focus on mindset and provide practical tools and techniques to navigate life’s challenges with resilience.
